Referral Process
Step 1: Submit a Referral
Complete our referral form by clicking the purple "Submit A Referral" button below. Please provide the client's information and any supporting documentation that may help us understand their needs.
Step 2: Referral Review
Our admissions team will review the referral to determine eligibility, housing availability, and the best placement for the individual.
Step 3: Interview & Assessment
We'll contact the client or referring agency to discuss the referral, answer questions, and, when appropriate, schedule an interview or house tour.
Step 4: Move-In Coordination
Once approved, we'll coordinate the move-in process, review house expectations, and help the resident begin their recovery journey in a safe, supportive environment.
